We are currently recruiting for a **Customer Service Administrator** working in a busy E-Commerce Division in **Ravensthorpe WF13**.

Working hours are **Monday-Friday 7am-3pm** paid at **£11.00 **per hour. With over time available after training at an increased rate. This role also includes one day a week working from home.

For this role you will be working as part of a small team, answering queries online via various different portals, and the occasional telephone calls regarding queries, complaints and returns.

You'll be helping customers return orders, send replacements, process refunds and any other customer queries that may arise.

- Previous Administration Experience
- Confident Telephone Manner
- Experience with Microsoft Packages
- Team player, with a can-do attitude.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
