We are working with a respected family company who have worked within the Yorkshire market for over 60 years. Joining their stable, busy, and small team, the successful customer service administrator will be joining a thriving team where opportunity for development and growth will be encourage and supported on a temp to perm basis. As a Customer Service Administrator, your main tasks will be to deal with nationwide couriers, managing deliveries and all enquiries and issues. Staying one step ahead to ensure clients receive their orders in a timely and professional manner, this is a fully on-site role, working 35 hours per week; key duties will include;

  • Managing all customer and delivery enquiries via telephone and email
  • Liaise with all courier services to ensure delivery of orders
  • Act as the constant point of contact for all client delivery queries
  • Support the overflow of the customer care team
  • Manage all administrative based tasks

This is a busy and invaluable role to the company; the successful candidate will hold the client, and the quality of the customers interests at the heart of all that they do. Acting in a proactive and professional manner, this Temp to Perm opportunity is a great way to join this well-respected company, the successful candidate must have;

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Confident user of all MS Office packages
  • Able to manage workload and time effectively

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with at least 12 months administration and customer care experience; the perfect candidate will be available to start immediately as this role will begin as a temporary role and quickly become permanent based on performance.
