- To assist the Senior Supervisor of the General Administration Team
- Working with the team to provide general administration as well as other assigned duties where is required
- Provide Financial assistance
- placing orders, processing & thoroughly checking information
- Provide assistance to all other departments within the office.
- To provide a central point of contact for communication and to provide key data and information
- To liaise with engineers and clients.
- To have great attention to detail for preparation of invoices, purchase orders, Material ordering and the alike.

Other duties
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Minute Taking
- Diary management
- Data entry, Invoicing, Stock Inventory, Ordering
- Sage and Microsoft Office Experience
- General office duties
- Providing administration support to Managers
- Processing timesheets and Wages

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coulsdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
