The role of office assistant is to support the day to day running of the office, to provide an excellent working environment for all stakeholders including employees and visitors. The role also entails administration of company assets/benefits such as company cars and mobile phones.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES / ACTIVITIES**:
- Administration of company cars and mobile phones.
- Administration of company HR portal.
- Ordering of office and site supplies, including PPE.
- General administration duties such as printing, expenses and photocopying.

**SKILLS**:
The role is for an office assistant and training will be given; the following would be advantageous:
- Experience in working in an office environment.
- Experience with general administration.
- Sound working knowledge of office tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook.

- FM/ M&E experience/background

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
