HRLife are working with a growing, ambitious business to find them a talented, pro-active Head of HR to support the leadership teams with strategic and operational people initiatives, building on what is in place. You will be driving forward their businessplans and future growth and direction with an engaged, invested workforce across the group of businesses.

Supported by a small HR team, you will be responsible for driving generalist HR activities to include;
- Work closely with the senior leaders to look after key talent with regards to succession planning, career development and performance management
- Provide support and coaching to the employees to drive engagement and foster a positive culture ensuring it’s a great place to work
- Attracting and developing talent strategies within the business to ensure the right people are recruited into the right roles
- As part of the management team, you will be coaching and advising on all things people, providing the right level of challenge and support
- Driving the annual HR cycles such as salary reviews, career discussions and engagement
- Oversee all early talent initiatives ensuring a continual pipeline of graduates to promote a culture of high performance and continual learning opportunities
- Leading on various projects such as embedding D&I initiatives, wellbeing, enhancing HR processes and policies and building a collaborative, team oriented culture
- Streamlining and harmonising processes and practices across the group aligning and ensuring standardisation across all of the companies
- Nurturing and developing the HR team to grow and develop and support with project work

This would suit someone with broad generalist experience who has previous exposure to working in a SME environment, taking them through change and growth and has a background in supporting leadership teams make the right strategic business decisions. Ifyou have previous experience of growing a business internationally, ideally into Northern America, this would be a distinct advantage.
