IT Helpdesk Support Analyst - Cambridge - up to £26,000 + Benefits
As an 1st Line IT Helpdesk Support Analyst is required by a company based in Cambridge.
You will be taking the IT related call and solving the problem, if possible, by providing 1st line support or escalating to 2nd line support. You will be working within a team environment for a growing organisation. Working on the central Service Desk you willbe contributing to the reduction of incidents experienced by users. Ideally you will have previous experience working within a Helpdesk / Service Desk environment with knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft 365.
