**Role Overview**:
We require a Service Desk Analyst/First Line Support Analyst to join our clients IT Services Team to assist on daily support calls coming into the service desk function.

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have strong values around hard work, customer service and reliability and are IT proficient/competent.

The role will cover 1st Line Service Desk calls/incident logging and remote support fixing to 1st line and Windows 10/11 experience is required.

Working on a ticket system you will join a team of 3 to 4 First Line Support Analysts. There are 21 people, within the Client's IT Support Department which encompasses 6 individual teams.

When working on the service desk the role will require you to receive and handle specific support requests; following agreed procedures and promptly dealing with or allocating calls as appropriate; whilst ensuring relevant records are maintained.

**Essential skills/experience required**:
Previous experience of working within a busy Service Desk/1st Line Helpdesk support environment

Windows 10 & 11

Used to working with Call Logging/ticketing systems

Proficient with remote 1st time fixes, printer issues and also connection problems.

Excellent communication skills and patience when dealing with customers

Used to working to set SLA's
