HR Data Expert

An exciting contract opportunity with Projecting Group (inside IR35), working directly with one of our global investment banking clients.
**Requirements**:
Must have good knowledge of:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- HR data knowledge a plus
- Ideally, have both Spanish & English languages
Daily activities:
- Support the data and analytics efforts within the HR team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to calculate and gather internal metrics to create and design reports.
- Improve the current data model.
- Responsible to consolidate data to be presented at the Executive Committee.
- Accurately produce timely employee dashboards on Attrition, Rewards and Recruitment trends.
- Examination and analysis of grading and salary levels in relation to the wider organisation and competing employers.
- Support the design of a fair and robust pay structure including bonus processes, deferral calculations, salary reviews, multiple remuneration committees
- Update HR data map documentation
Other Requirements:
- Ideally have both Spanish & English languages
**Rate**: Depending on experience
**Duration**: Rolling contracts of 3 to 6 months
**Work authorisation**: You must already have the right to work in the UK. If you are selected for interview, you will be asked to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK before the interview proceeds.
