You will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of marketing campaigns and specific marketing projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

**Main Duties**
- Managing and maintaining website, updating pages with new information and liaising with web developer. Regularly reviewing pages for consistency, quality and pricing.
- Maintaining a database of contacts which complies with GDPR and all other regulations, as well as programming in. This to include the internal company Newsletter.
- Co-ordinating and developing AdWords campaigns - Monitoring performance of campaigns, in conjunction with product and company specific strategies. Reporting on effectiveness of each campaign to senior management.
- Organise and maintain a professional and engaging Social Media presence across all relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain a database of competitors with relevant pricing schedules, that can be used to analyse our own inventory, and utilise with AdWords.
- Undertake research for new product development to encompass the competitive space, identify possible suppliers, and analyse potential scope of sales and profit margins.
- Recommend and organise attendance at exhibitions and events to promote the company and generate leads.
- Provide input into all aspects of marketing and how we may effectively engage with clients and prospects better.
- Maintaining customer review process.
- Undertake special projects where necessary, implementation of projects, to ensure goals and deliverables are met, define project tasks and resource requirements, develop project plans, plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools, constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, project evaluations and assessment of results
- Design internal and external sales material, and liaise with design team to ensure this is accurate and hight quality.
- Maintain ISO 9001 Certification - keeping systems and procedures up to date, monitoring and reporting on issues, preparing renewal.
