Duties will include (but not limited to):

- Assisting in the Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, staff supervision and a key holder.
- Training new staff in correct procedures, stock rotation and practices
- Maintaining high standards of customer service

**Required Skills**:

- You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Be confident in up-selling.
- Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail experience in a supervisory role preferred (training will be given)

Expected hours: 15 - 25.5 per week

- Weekend availability
