To meet the needs of patients, GP practices are working together within their local areas.

Yeovil Primary Care Network aims to share the resources of local practices and collaborate, together with others who provide health resources in Yeovil. This collaborative approach to care provision allows for enhanced services and opportunities for patients to receive more personalised care.

They are now looking for a Management Assistant to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week. The days worked are negotiable.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an administrator with experience dealing with the public and managing information to join our excellent collaboration of organisations.

The Role

As a Management Assistant, you will support the Digital and Transformation Manager to improve standards across a wide range of clinical and administrative activities.

Assisting with project work and the running of key systems, you will be responsible for the promotion, monitoring and documentation of performance and quality standards within the Primary Care Network (PCN).

About You

**To be considered as a Management Assistant, you will need**:

- Administration experience
- Experience dealing with the public on the phone and face-to-face
- Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of current legislation including the Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection Act and Access to Medical Records
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- An NVQ III Certificate or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
