Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the MSX - TPS team, you will be responsible for delivering and achieving the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre.

  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Meet personal KPI's and revenue objectives with target customers, ensuring timely and accurate identification of parts to meet customer sales requirements.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Utilize all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, identifying and leveraging potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity, building strong working relationships with customers through regular contact and face-to-face visits.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Provide a high level of service to customers, responding to requests, progressing orders, and providing expert advice, while ensuring timely communication on credit status.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Assist, liaise with, and support the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service, working with the Sales Manager and others to achieve sales targets.
  • Operational Efficiency: Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPI's, using the approved greeting, and ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems to search and order parts.
  • Financial Management: Deal with all cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines in the Operations Manual, completing all required documentation accurately and promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
