Parts Sales Representative

As a key member of the MSX - TPS team, you will be responsible for delivering and achieving the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre.
- Achieve Personal KPIs and Revenue Objectives: Work with the Sales Manager and team to achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers.
- Identify and Meet Customer Needs: Accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements and provide expert advice to customers.
- Utilize Product Promotions: Utilize all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set by the Centre.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Build strong working relationships with customers through regular contact with them on the phone and via face-to-face visits.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide a high level of service to customers - through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders, and providing expert advice.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide timely communication to customers on their credit status and handle incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPIs.
- Ensure Accurate Use of Systems: Ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems to search and order parts.
- Complete Required Documentation: Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Handle Cash and Credit Transactions: Deal with all cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines in the Operations Manual.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
