**Community Development Officer, Family Hub Development Pilot (4 Positions available)**

**Job Type**: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2025

**Location**: Based in Lincolnshire, (1 x Lincoln and West Lindsey; 1 x Boston and South Holland; 1 x North Kesteven and South Kesteven; 1 x East Lindsey)

**Salary**: Grade 2 (lower) point 11 - 15: £20,785 - £23,501per annum (+ £480 homeworking allowance)

The charity transform lives by providing practical, emotional and financial support to those who are experiencing poverty, disadvantage and social isolation. The organisation have been building stronger families since 1869 and today they work with more than60,000 families in over 150 community-based services, as well as supporting thousands more through national programmes and grants.

**The Role**

The organisation are looking for a motivated, passionate and experienced Development Officer with an impressive track record of working with diverse community and stakeholders’ groups. You will strive for excellent standards, robustly ensuring a quality,outcomes driven and accessible service. By joining the charity's Family Hub Development Pilot project, you will ensure that actions plans are coproduced with professionals and local communities, reflecting local needs.

**Your impact**

Using systematic approach to assess local needs and Family Hubs delivery requirements you will be securing partners commitment to the change and development of Family Hubs. Through direct work, collaboration and coproduction you will ensure that communityviews and experiences shape the Family Hub development in Lincolnshire, delivering innovative, meaningful and co-produced participation work. Working as part of a project team, you will be instrumental in driving the Family Hub agenda forward alongside LincolnshireCounty Council and you will play key part in the development of local needs assessments and delivery plans.

**Your skills**

You will have a strong track record in service development work and planning with a focus on quality, performance, safeguarding and management controls. With a client-facing approach you will be passionate about engaging stakeholders in all aspects of theorganisation's work including co-production. They want to hire a 'can-do’ and energetic Community Officer who will build and sustain positive working relationships with diverse communities, while developing partnerships that will continue to evolve and effectivelymeet the needs of everyone.
