My client are a leading family-run Private Bank, who are revolutionising both their internal working practices and their offering to customers through a multi-million transformation and change programme.

As well as a collaborative, dynamic working environment, this PMO Lead role will also offer an outstanding benefits package including 20% non-contributory pension, private medical insurance, heavily subsidised canteen with on-site chefs, charity donation matching,and £3000 to spend on computer products.

This PMO Lead role will be joining a programme of internally and externally facing workstreams, likely focusing on Digital Transformation; Risk, Finance and Treasury; and office/workspace transformation.

We are looking for experience of the following for this PMO Lead position:

- Project Management Office Lead responsibilities, ideally within Financial Services or the Banking Sector
- Dependency Management, Reporting, RAID logs, Finance Processes and Budgeting
- Centralisation of the PMO function
- Agile and Waterfall ways of working

This PMO Lead position will operate with the following ways of working:

- Hybrid working in central London 2 days per week in the office
- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with high likelihood of transition to permanent
- Salary of £6065k/annum with excellent benefits
