Meraki Talent are working with a well know insurance brand for an exciting new role within their Customer Services team.

Working for a global brand, applicants must be highly experienced in dealing with complaints and proactively managing these claims. Applicants must have gained experience in investigating regulated complaints. Applicants must be able to adhere to set complaints policies, ensuring each case is investigated thoroughly, ensuring a fair customer outcome.

Key Duties will involve;
- Ensuring commination channels are open with customers at all times
- Ensuring customer complaints are investigated and managed effectively, ensuring a fair outcome
- Prioritising a busy and demanding workload
- Liaising with external and internal bodies to gather data, relevant to individual cases
- Effectively writing to customers with outcomes

Ideally applicants will have come from a customer service based role within the Financial Services and / or Insurance sectors. Applicants must be able to speak German and English fluently at a business level.

This is a busy and varied role, which requires applicants to have come from a customer focused environment, where they have gained previous experience of dealing with complex complaints. Applicants should have excellent investigative skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
