- £80,000 + competitive bonus- The Early Careers Recruitment Lead will adopt a business partner approach, supporting the organisations plans around Early Careers which will include entry level graduate roles, to Internships and MBA placements. This is the perfect role for an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Lead looking for more exposure and autonomy, whilst working for a world class business. Responsibilities will include:
- Help to operationalise the on-going development of the company’s early years recruiting strategy. Support the hiring process for spring week, intern, and graduate hires.- Manage ad hoc university liaison with key universities, build relationships with careers services and other influential academics.- Function as the first point of contact for all areas of early years recruitment- Work closely with their external early year’s recruitment partner during the recruitment season. Supporting on role briefing and interview facilitation.- Support on the planning & marketing of on-campus fairs, dinners, and in-house events Assisting with Graduate / Intern & Spring Week reporting (Bi-Annual)- On-boarding & follow up with all early year’s hires- Support on the creation of contracts and offer paperwork for Graduates / Interns & Spring Weeks- Interviewing and Assessment of junior hires at virtual assessment days and ad-hoc when required.-
- Relevant experience in campus recruiting
- global exposure would be advantageous- A solid background in either Private equity, Banking or Investment Banking Strong verbal and written communication skills; high quality document preparation and sharp attention to detail.- Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment.- Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.- Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.- Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.-
