**About The Role**:
Join Our Team: Customer Service Administrator

At OCS Group UK Limited, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Trafford Bank House, Manchester. If you're passionate about providing outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage a high volume of customer service transactions via various communication methods, including telephony and web traffic

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of all queries

Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to deliver exceptional customer service

Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly client reports

Comply with health and safety policies and procedures

**Requirements**:
O level/GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths

NVQ in Customer Services (advantageous)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel

Proven track record in a customer service role

Experience in a call handling environment and time management

Knowledge of hard/soft services (advantageous)

**Personal Attributes**:
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment

Flexible, can-do attitude with a commitment to achieving results

Strong problem-solving skills
