Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly with proper phone etiquette
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain an organised office environment
- Assist with administrative tasks using computerised systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist with basic bookkeeping & Diary Management of Appointments

**Skills**:

- Proficient in clerical and organisational tasks
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to computerise tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with general office procedures
- Experience with data entry accurately and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping tasks

**Job description**

Receptionist PA required for a busy MOT station.

Ideally we are looking for someone with some experience in this field, however full training will be given.

**Day-to-day duties include**:

- Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.
- Booking & cancelling customers appointments.
- Booking and ordering parts.
- Making sure all office equipment is kept well stocked.
- Making sure the waiting room is well maintained.

We are looking for somebody who is well presented at all times.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm (with 1 hour break)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays occasionally to meet the needs of the buisness
