**The role**
A Vacancy exists within our Bolton office for a sales administrator
- General sales administration
- Prepare and edit quotes to clients
- Give clerical support to the sales team.
- Help coordinate sales team activities.
- Track sales reports
- Take and forward sales phone calls
- Greet customers
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up on sales calls
- Experience within a busy office environment
- Foodservice equipment knowledge desired but not essential
- Departmental knowledge to facilitate best working practices
- Reporting to our organisation in a professional manner

Will be required to work a 40 hr week working within a shift pattern of 8-5. 1hr for lunch
