Sales Administrator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports using software tools
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Computerise sales data and maintain accurate records
- Utilise Excel, Word, Sage, and other office software for daily tasks
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
**Skills**:
- Proficient in computer literacy with a focus on Excel, Word, Sage, and other office software
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service abilities to interact effectively with clients
- Prior experience in sales administration is advantageous
