Part-time Accounts Administrator
Enthusiastic, experienced and motivated individual required to join our friendly team, initally between 10 - 15 hours per week, days/hours to be discussed & must be able to provide holiday/sickness cover.
The Role will be assisting the Finance Manager with the day to day running of the Accounts. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Entering Purchase Invoices & Credit Notes
- Raising Sales Invoices and Credit Notes
- Tracking of Project related costs
- Monthly Accounts
- Online Banking
- Payroll
- Resolving account queries
- Preparing payments
You should be Proficient in using MS Office Applications, with excellent verbal & written communication skills, be organised and self motivated, the position will be varied and you will be asked to assist in all aspects of the Accounts. Knowledge of Iplicit software and IRIS Payroll would be advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential.
Working will be from our office in Ely, with flexibility for home-working after training
**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
