HRGO are recruiting for
**Emergency Call Handlers** to work in a Call Centre based in Norwich.

You will be answering operational calls that come into the EOC. Utilise the chosen clinical triage software system in order to prioritise calls as soon as possible. Enter information into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system accurately and promptly. Provide pre-arrival advice to callers where appropriate.

**Expectations of Staff**:
This is a challenging, emotional role with lots to learn. High pressured environment that is ever changing. Effective written & verbal communication skills. Customer service experience with effective listening skills. 4 GCSEs, key board skills & computer literate. Multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure. Flexible, empathetic, and compassionate.

**Shift Pattern**:
24/7 365 role with a mixture of days, lates & nights in a rota - when competent and assigned to a specific team, different AOC sites currently work a different rota but generally follow the 4 on 4 off pattern with a mixture of shift types.

**Rate of pay**:
- Weekdays 06.00 to 20.00 - £11.14- Nights 20.00 to 06.00 and Saturdays - £14.39- Sundays and Bank Holidays - £17.58

**Start date will be 10**
