The EOC’s are undergoing modernisation and change with a continuous focus on improvement, making EEAST an exceptional place to work while providing outstanding quality of care and performance.

Do you share our passion for high performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional standards of staff engagement and patient care? Areyou self-motivated and canyoudemonstrate leadership in this dynamic environment, with a professional outlook to work? If so, we would love to hear from you.

The role is the accountable lead for the delivery of effective response to patients, national or local contracted A&E/EOC performance standards/indicators.

As a key role in the delivery of service, the post holder will operate as part of the EOC Tactical Command team via an on-call rota or as part of the Strategic Command Team in a ‘Gold Support’ role, supporting the Strategic Commander.

The role operates across the Strategic and Tactical levels of the Trust business and as such the role time-spend should provide a broadly equal amount of time at these levels. The other part is the leadership of the EOC on all matters relative to service delivery and engagement with support services.
