Emergency Dispatchers

Location : Norwich

Hours per week: 37.5

HR GO have this rare and amazing opportunity for Emergency Dispatchers to work in an inbound Call Centre based in Norwich.

This role is temp to Perm for the right person

You will be operating a computer system to manage and dispatch teams and vehicles to emergencies covering your local counties. This role will require you to be a real team player and provide information clearly to your colleagues. If you can operate effectively in a busy environment under pressure, this could be the job for you.

Exceptional planning and organisation skills are desirable. An Enhanced DBS Check will be required if successful.

This is a challenging and emotional role with lots to learn in a high-pressured environment that is ever changing.

**Expectations of Staff**
- You will be an effective written & verbal communicator. Customer service experience, effective listening skills, 5 GCSEs grade A* - C including English, key board skills & computer literate. Multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure. Flexible, empathetic and compassionate.

**Pay rates**:
Weekdays 06:00 - 20:00 - £12.73 per hour

Saturdays and Nights 20:00 - 06:00 - £14.99 per hour

Sundays and Bank Holidays - £18.45 per hour
