**Job Title**: Emergency Ambulance Dispatcher

**Location**: Norwich

**Hourly Pay Rate**:
Weekdays 06.00 to 20.00 £12.73

Nights 20.00 to 06.00 and Saturdays £14.99

Sundays and Bank Holidays £18.45

**Qualifications**
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (or an equivalent qualification) including English
- RSA Level 3, (or equivalent keyboard skill)

**Experience Required**
- Previous call centre environment
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Customer service experience
- Excellent listening skills
- Remain calm under pressure
- Handle traumatic, emotional and distressing situations
- The ability to manage and support others during times of crisis -most commonly during an emergency call

Parking on site is available.

Do you want to be part of a team of Call Handlers responding to all incoming telephone calls, giving emergency calls priority over non-emergency calls; on a 24/7 basis, working rotating shifts basis.

**You will be required to attend training in Bedford for 3 weeks (hotels will be provided)**.
