We are currently seeking a Service Scheduler/Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Brackley. Reporting directly to the After-Sales Manager, you are responsible for any administrational day-day tasks within the Service Department. This will be, for example, contacting customers, creating invoices and collating data. You will be part of a wider team that oversee the service department.

Key duties and responsibilities...
- Taking call from customers in regards to their servicing or repairs
- Scheduling jobs to field engineers
- Create the job on the system
- Providing customers with updates on job visits
- General administrational tasks
- Invoicing and queries

**Requirements**:

- UK Geographical knowledge
- Understanding of Customer service
- Customer First Ethos
- Good organisational and administrative experience

**Benefits**:
