**Role: HR Administrator**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Location: Romford (office based for 1st couple of months and then hybrid - 3 days in the office pw)**

**Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (flexible start / finish times)**

**Salary: Up to £27,000 per year + annual discretionary bonus**

**So what does the role involve?**

As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the recruitment team with processing new starters and leavers on the HR system
- Benefits administration
- Processing any contractual changes
- Tracking and reporting on all sickness /absence activities
- Managing and updating the HR System with employee details
- Supporting projects around employee experience, engagement, and, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI)
