HR Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR administrator to support the HR team.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager and team
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Support Team ensuring that tasks are completed within the required timescales set by legislation, payroll, the Company and HR o Efficiently carry out employee onboarding activities and ensuring they have access to resources on their first day of joining.
- Help to maintain employee files, manage, and deliver employee I-onboarding and I-offboarding activities, coordinate with respective support departments as per set process.
- Accurately maintain the department’s paperless document system so that comprehensive records are maintained, and documents can be easily retrieved when required.
- Process incoming correspondence appropriately to ensure that it is received by the appropriate person or actioned in a timely manner.
- Create employer letter, reference letters for ex-employee of the company as an when required.
- Regular follow ups with business on probation cases, timely action of such cases in co-ordination with business, whether probation extension to happen or probation confirmation.
- Timely follow up of ARC forms (Attendance review forms) with business and prepare them for ARC committee meetings.
- Coordination with enabling department on BAU activities.
- Supporting and engaging employees and ensuring that all queries are addressed in an efficient manner.
- Support Senior People Operations and Relations Manager in carrying out relevant processes and procedures including disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals and contractual issue

Entry requirements
- Familiarity of all programmes in Microsoft Office 365.
- Attention to detail is a must as well as strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to work in a team, will be an important team member

Hours per week 37
Working week Monday -Friday

Location : Romford

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: Up to £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Romford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
