**Role Profile**

The **People and Culture Partner** will provide HR support for people and organisational initiatives across EMEA and the US. To build strong and collaborative partnerships with the business to enable managers and colleagues to deliver high levels of business performance.

This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the VP People and Culture.

This role is working at least 3 days per week in our modern and centrally located UK - London office close to St Paul’s, Blackfriars, and Farringdon with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To pro-actively engage with colleagues and managers to build strong and collaborative business partnerships and relationships
- Provide coaching and advice to managers to help them reach appropriate decisions on all aspects of people management
- Be the first point of contact for all employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management and redundancy.
- Ensure delivery and collaboration of people initiatives, including performance reviews, compensation planning, talent management and succession planning.
- Advise managers and colleagues on the terms and conditions of employment, policies, and practices across the different jurisdictions within EMEA and the US.
- Support the identification of strategic people issues in partnership with the business area and support them to resolve these matters effectively and whilst reducing business risk.
- Working collaboratively within the People team and other functions to align and achieve business and people initiatives.
- Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Partner to develop the way we attract the top talent that we need to deliver the business strategy.
- Work with the People Operations Specialist and Payroll Managers to ensure delivery of operations and payroll activity for the regions.
- Provide project management and expertise to the business with specific related projects and people initiatives.
- Support the business focused initiatives including employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion.

**What we are looking for**:
**Essential**
- Proven experience in a HR business partnering role
- Proven experience dealing with employee relations and managing employee relations cases
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong relationship management across a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience of managing disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes end to end
- Experience of leading organisational change, including redundancy processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to flex personal style in response to others or fit the situation
- Evaluates situations rationally and takes decisions based upon analysis
- A strong team player, delivering strongly whilst communicating effectively with the wider People & Culture team and business
- Resilient, able to deal with challenges and manage difficult situations firmly and sensitively
- Able to act within and company policies and procedures and recommend solutions to add value
- Able to be proactive and propose initiatives to add value to the business
- Required to work on own initiative and proactively identify process improvements

**Desirable**
- A CIPD level 5 qualifications
- Previous experience working in a business growth through a period of change and growth
- Previous experience working in a PE backed business
