**Job Purpose -**
Lead the smooth running of administrative processes of the charity to support day to day operations and the future development of the organisation.
**What do I need to do in my role?**
- Data entry into spreadsheets
- Directing queries to relevant staff members
- Chasing queries around financial administration.
- Updating documents and processing requests
- Proactively identify other areas in the organisation where administrative support is required
**What responsibilities do I have in this role?**
- You do not directly line manage any other roles
- You do hold budget responsibility for any part of the organisation
**How do I support the wider organisation?**
- This role is key to keeping us running smoothly as an organisation and supports the whole organisation
- This role works closely with the Management Team but can work with people in any role within the organisation

**Skills & Experience for the job -**
**What do I need to know?**
**Essential**
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Experienced user of MS Office 365 including Word and Excel
- Experience using SharePoint or similar cloud document system (e.g. Google Docs)
- Awareness of GDPR and Data Protection laws
**Desirable**
- Experience working with a social enterprise or charity in an administrative role
- Experience of providing financial support
- Experience of providing PA assistance to a Senior Manager
**What qualifications might I need or have?**
Essential:
- English & Maths GCSE Grade 4/ C (or equivalent)
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 months
**Salary**: £8.34-£12.29 per hour
