The clever brain behind the scenes Thanks to your excellent organisational skills, you will be responsible for accounting in your Motel One. Your duties will also include the following:

- Preparing weekly, monthly and annual statements in accordance with controlling guidelines
- Preparing weekly and monthly statistics and reports
- Cash banking
- Debtor payments
- Dealing with supplier and vendor invoices
- Office management, incl. invoicing, petty cash, ordering office materials, reimbursing travel expenses

**Qualifications**
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

- Have completed a commercial or accounting apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience using excel
- Have outstanding organisational skills and an excellent sense of quality and service
- Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments - we achieve our results together
