Office Administrator

Our client who are based in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire are looking for a new Administrator to join their small team, who will be mainly focusing on sales orders but with other tasks to be undertaken.
**Your duties as the new Administrator**:
- Maintain customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and suppliers
- Resolve product and service problems by researching the situation and liaising with warehouse and accounts department.
- Covering reception duties when needed
- Sourcing pricing for shipping, booking transport with hauliers and creating daily shipping documents
- Assisting with purchasing by creating Purchase Orders and booking in stock
**Essential skills/ Qualifications**
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
- You will be efficient and able to easily adapt to a variety of tasks with all-round administrative abilities
- Excellent customer service skills along with being organised
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Organised and good at prioritising workload
- Good working knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel
- You will be proactive and able to work on your own initiative but also be able to help with a variety of office tasks
**About the role**:
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 17:30pm Friday - 9am
- 17:00pm (with one hour lunch)
- £21,000- £24,000 Depending on experience
**Facilities**
- Free onsite parking
- Tea & coffee making facilities on the sales floor
- Kitchen area with microwave and fridge on ground floor
