**Job description**:
Major Programmes and Projects (MPP) are the capital infrastructure delivery specialists to the DIO & MOD. Based UK & Overseas, our dedicated professionals are passionate about the work they do and the projects we deliver as an organisation. These include the development of runways and jetties, key refurbishments, accommodation for US Forces and much more.

MPP’s portfolio includes high profile and complex projects, with our Major Programmes in value over £1bn. We have 7 directorates, some which are directly aligned to our Front-Line Commands which strengthens our support in the delivery of Capital Infrastructure. Army, Air, Navy, UK-StratCom, United States Visiting Forces (USVF) Defence Continuity Team (DCT) and the Portfolio Office. All are diverse and unique, delivering excellence to our customers and stakeholders. Our reach is exponential, and no two days are the same

As Reporting Coordinator, you will support the Performance Group and wider Major Programmes and Projects (MPP) with the Infrastructure Management System (IMS), ensuring entered data is accurate and providing guidance to the Delivery Teams where necessary. You will also work alongside the Reporting Team and assist with the production and development of corporate and Internal reports for the various DIO boards, carrying out initial assurance checks to ensure reporting artefacts are accurate, consistent and coherent in line with the business reporting battle rhythm, so the organisation can achieve its objectives of delivering quality service to the Front-Line Command’s (FLC) in a timely and cost-efficient manner. This is an important role to support the customers reliance on robust and coherent data to make effective business decisions.

**Person specification**:

- Assist with the production of Management Reports for Senior Boards
- Provide guidance on the Infrastructure Management System (IMS) to Project Delivery Teams
- Support the Performance Team in collating accurate data to support the reporting cycle
- Engage with Delivery Teams, collaborating on the use of IMS to ensure consistency across MPP Portfolio.
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of DIO’s management Information Systems, including training users as required
- Support the Portfolio office with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Assist with monthly internal reports and webinars

**Employment Hours**
