**Qualifications**:

- Essential_
- Current RM, registration with NMC and any other relevant post registration qualifications.
- BSc Degree in relevant field
- Post Reg. qualifications for specialty area
- Recent completion of leadership training/study
- Managing recourses and contributing to departmental budget
- Desirable_
- Masters degree and evidence of working towards

**Experience**
- Essential_
- Significant demonstrable experience within specialty with evidence of professional development.
- Teaching qualification /experience and mentorship course
- Evidence of team leadership and change management with relevant management/leadership course
- Evidence of developing policy, guidelines and managing resources
