**What you’ll be doing **️**
As a Payment Support Assistant, you'll provide organised and effective support to our teams and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of inquiries and providing efficient service for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Preparing correspondence and maintaining standard documents used by the team.
- Maintaining accurate customer and property information.
- Handling debt recovery processes responsibly, including negotiating payment plans and making referrals to support services.
- Delivering excellent customer service and exceeding our Customer Care standards.

**To excel in this role** **you’ll need to be able to demonstrate**
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Clear and effective communication abilities.
- Strong data recording and processing skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external agencies.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet customer needs and cover for colleagues.
Knowledge of license and tenancy terms and conditions would be advantageous but it’s not essential - as long as you’re adaptable and committed to making a positive impact, we’ll teach you the rest
