Job Description for Accounts Administrator:
Duties and Responsibilities of Accounts Administrator:
- Management of bank reconciliation process- Management of consolidated billing schedules.- Management of Petty Cash Process- Inputting payments away from Group.- Reconciliation and substantiation of balance sheet accounts as assigned by the Finance Manager.- Assist in the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts for entities as assigned by the Finance ManagerFurther information for Accounts Administrator:
This role could involve study support to gain qualifications and has excellent growth opportunities available. It is a 35-hour week working 9-5pm Monday
- Friday with a 1-hour lunch break. It has excellent company benefits including a very competitive holiday package.
A DBS is required for role, if you have an active DBS currently this could result in a faster start date or potential immediate start.
