**Technical Administrator: Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for raising and tracking purchase orders for the department.
- Accurate recording and reporting on budgets and financial tracking.
- Prepare agendas, take clear minutes during meetings, and create actionable follow-up points.
- Manage and track holiday schedules for the department.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
- Assist with the events planner
- Handle expense processing and coordinate with the finance department.
- Manage accounts credits and invoicing, including scanning and sending documents to shared services.
- Arrange lunches for meetings to facilitate seamless operations.
- Support the Category & Technical Department with various adhoc projects.
- Assist the Sales Director with diary management.

**Technical Administrator: Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive internal relationships.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
