We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Apprentice to join our team. You'll resolve customer inquiries, proactively identify potential issues, & work to enhance customer satisfaction & loyalty. This role is suitable for a confident and motivated individual who wants to join an exciting growing tech company.

**What you will do in your working day**

We are looking to recruit someone who is who is passionate about providing an amazing experience to our customers and is comfortable in a tech environment.

**Duties will include**:

- Technical Troubleshooting & Escalation: Demonstrate listening and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Product Expertise: Be an expert in all things Stok.ly, Maintaining an understanding of the product features.
- Documentation and Escalation: Accurately document customer interactions, product issues, and resolutions for internal referencing.
- Testing: Testing out new features of the Stok.ly system before they go live, providing valuable feedback to the development team.

**The training you will be getting**

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard, including Functional Skills if required

Workplace delivery and a structured scheme of work.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 9 - 3 / A* - D) **Essential**:

**Working week**
- Monday to Friday.
- Shifts are to be confirmed.
- **Total hours per week**:37.5

**Annual wage**
- £12,480.00
