**Sales Director | Remote | Garden Centre & Multiples**

Are you an accomplished Sales Director with a passion for driving business growth and achieving ambitious targets? Are you experienced in leading teams and developing successful sales strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as Sales Director.

**About the Role**

As the B2B Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in the successful leadership and management of our B2B division. Reporting at the Executive level, you will have a significant impact on driving the overall business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include formulating and achieving B2B sales targets, maximizing profitability through the expansion of the existing customer base, and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.

In this role, you will develop and implement B2B marketing strategies, ensuring our brand's global market position remains strong while exploring potential profitable export markets. As a Senior Manager, you will lead your team to deliver value to the business, contributing to its overall profitability and success.
- You will lead the achievement of sales targets, maximising profitability through existing customer base development and new sales opportunities.
- Drive growth in the UK garden centres and multiples market while exploring lucrative export markets.
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to strengthen their global market position.
- Monitor sales budgets, analyse performance, and contribute to the company's profitability.
- Ensuring team efficiency and success, actively participating in executive meetings. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in overall growth and success.

As the Sales Director for the B2B division, you will report directly to the Managing Director and assume complete P&L responsibility. Your primary focus will involve formulating and executing strategic plans to drive market share growth in a competitive landscape. Leading the management team, you will foster collaboration to achieve profitable expansion, uphold the highest standards across the organization, and deliver industry-leading customer service.
