**About Our Client**:
The client is a government funded, not for profit organisation, based in Cheshire. They have 130 employees across life sciences and professional service roles and aim to encourage innovation in the area.

The key responsibilities of the HR and Systems Administrator include:

- Providing HR system maintenance, on-going administration and optimisation
- Being the HR system administrator, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for any queries
- Providing administrative support for the full employee lifecycle
- Ensuring correct information is submitted to payroll

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR and Systems Administrator should have:

- Experience in the use of HR software
- Generalist HR Admin experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Self motivated and able to use initiative
