**Introduction**:
InHealth is the largest NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) provider in England and our Surrey and North East Hampshire (also known as ‘the Jarvis)’ Breast Screening Service (BSS) that has an eligible population of approximately 186,000 women invited to screening over a 3-year screening round, is the largest of all our breast screening services in England. The staffing structure has over fifty members of staff.

The static breast screening unit is located at the Jarvis Breast Centre and provides screening and assessment service. Screening is also carried out on five mobile units covering a large geographical area throughout Surrey and North East Hampshire. Screening patients are referred to six NHS Trusts for surgical and oncological treatment.

**What you will do**:
You will provide administrative and planning support to the breast screening department, updating and communicating the National Breast Screening Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) through regular commissioner, organisational and programme board meetings. You will manage administrative processes through the development of high-quality communication, data and information systems, working in close collaboration with clinical and non-clinical members of staff to ensure patient information meets the requirements of clinical care and that an efficient, effective and client focused service is provided to women in accordance with national standards.

**What you are responsible for**:

- To ensure the KPI national and internal reports are run on a timely basis
- To provide key financial statics relating to screening to Programme Manager and financial teams
- Ensure all National KPI reports are submitted in a timely manner
- To ensure the KPI dashboard is updated and maintained as per the schedule
- To escalate to admin manager any potential breaches to the service in a timely manner
- To support the planning meetings by producing utilisation stats
- Understand the fundamental criteria of all the NHSBSP KPI’s
- Extraction of data from various sources such as Crystal
- Maintain and ensure the KPI dashboard is updated
- Produce reports and stats as required as per the service requirements
- Work closely with the director and deputy director of screening in supporting Film reading stats as required
- To assist in the administration department during annual leave as required
- Be able to work with IT systems such as Crystal reports, BS Select and NBSS (National Breast Screening System)
- Work to and have full knowledge and understanding of the relevant National Health Service Breast Screening programme (NHSBSP) guidelines and support the service quality management service (QMS) processes/audit schedule
- Work on own initiative managing time to ensure processes are completed within specified timeframes
- Enter client results on the NBSS database system and BS Select - requires analysis of screening sheet information
- Ensure compliance with all InHealth statutory and mandatory policies
