Our Aftersales Warranty team is a vital and important department for Tredz.co.uk. You will be dealing with aspect of assisting in leading a technical aftersales department, from warranty claims with suppliers to set-up issues on delivery.

We pride ourselves on our effortless customer service and going the extra mile for our customers. As a team champion you will be responsible for taking the stress out of any aftersales problems by striving to provide a resolution as quickly as possible and keeping our customers expertly informed along the way.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role alongside the ability to problem solve customer’s technical aftersales issues. You will be on hand to support the team and help develop and improve processes. Whilst we would prefer bike experience, we would consider applicants who don’t yet possess any bike knowledge but have a strong background in following processes and leading teams along with mechanical, and methodical way of thinking.

This role will require occasional weekend working.

The Skills / Experience...

A good knowledge of bikes is preferred for this role but a keen willingness and ability to develop a deep understanding and knowledge of bikes is essential. Complementing your proven track record of excellent customer service, you will be able to expertly follow a process exercising problem solving skills along the way. This is a very fast paced and ever-changing role suited to quick thinkers, fast learners with a keen eye for detail.

A genuine passion and understanding for cycling or a willingness to learn Ability to display empathy and actively listen

Ability to lead, develop and engage a team

Experience in prioritising tasks and setting workloads

Experience in data collection and analytics

Experience in complaint resolution Excellent customer service experience with a great telephone manner Quick thinking and the ability to think outside the box Focus on quality not quantity An excellent communicator (written and verbal) Enthusiastic & Passionate Always put yourself in the customer’s shoes The ability to clearly understand and follow processes
