Personal Assistant and Business Co-ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to six busy and dynamic partners. As the cornerstone of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations.
The firm prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where every individual’s contribution is valued and recognized. Situated in a charming office on the iconic Old Bailey, you’ll find yourself surrounded by the rich tapestry of London’s history, with modern comforts and amenities at your fingertips.
Experience of managing multiple busy diaries is key for this role, and the confidence to take control of changing situations to ensure they are executed smoothly. Meticulous attention to detail will be paramount as you manage complex schedules and appointments for our partners, including the organisation and facilitation of numerous important meetings.
There will also be responsibilities on the wider business admin side of things. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and filing systems will be a bonus, as well as the ability to put presentations together. Proactiveness is essential.
This is a hybrid role, usually four days in the office and one at home but sometimes this will be three days in the office as per business needs.
