Are you a creative individual with a graphical eye and experience with bids/tenders? Due to continued growth, a workplace design & build agency is looking for an **Assistant** **Bid Co-Ordinator** to join their team.

**What does the role look like?**

As an **Assistant** **Bid Co-Ordinator**, you will be responsible for supporting the Graphics & Bid Coordinators in the delivery and creation of submissions and tenders across the business, working closely with the business development, sales and marketing teams. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your main responsibilities will include;
- Assist Graphic & Bid Coordinators in the production of high-quality, creative and detailed proposal documents (preparation of CVs and Team Chart; scanning, binding and printing of documents, designing engaging page layouts of imagery and copy for Submission Documents and Pitch Presentations).
- Support the production of bid documentation, credentials and other sales documentation (including pre-qualification questionnaires) based on a high-level brief from the Project Directors to supportinitial meetings and interim sales meetings.
- Updating and maintaining database of information for PQQs and proposal documents.
- To be confident and efficient in InDesign to produce documentation.
- Day to day formatting of information to align with business style guides.
- Diary management for sales team as and when required.
- Work with the support team to provide reception cover and assist other parts of the business where necessary.

**What are they looking for in an Assistant Bid Co-Ordinator?**
- Experience of working with InDesign to create documents at an intermediate level.
- Strong English language skills are a must, both written and verbal.
- Great organisation skills. Happy working on multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and seeking help from colleagues when required
- Good team player, who enjoys interacting with others in a vibrant environment and is confident in dealing with people at all levels throughout an organisation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to take accountability.
- Experience in Illustrator & Photoshop is a plus but non-essential.
