Inbound Returns Administrator

To provide a comprehensive return product service to our customers and vendors alike.**Role Responsibilities**:

- Check/process/credit/replace customers returned products within a timely manner
- All non-RMA products including all returns are accurately logged with appropriate references or VRET number and sent to CS for validation
- Stock is transferred back into the sellable location within an agreed timeframe and checked off accordingly
- Using Plant transfers in SAP and movement of goods to the correct plant
- Assist Inbound Co-ordinator resolving and tackling outstanding or new issues
- Receive and book on to CMS ERP System (SAP) and CRM customer database all returned products and ensure all associated documentation is completed and processed within timely manner
- Ensure returned product is accurately counted and receipted onto CMS ERP (SAP) with any discrepancies clearly noted and promptly reported to Customer Services.
- Process and handle stock transfers between warehouse locations when necessary accurately with a clean audit trail of transactions
- Perform regular stock checks and/or spot checks as required and support the outbound co-ordinator with stock counts and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures
