**Duties**:

- Handling inbound calls including assisting customers with goods-returns, product queries, booking visits and quotes.
- Processing customer PO orders.
- Assist with the management of the Sales quotes in the system.
- Resolve dispatch and delivery issues through our couriers.
- Data capture for reporting on activities for the Customer Support, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Generate quotations for service plans, extended warranties and site visits.
- Admin tasks for the sales and marketing team as required, such as hotel booking and resourcing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
