Internal Sales Administrator

We are looking for a person to work within our Account Management Teams alongside the Technical Sales Director and Technical Account Managers to help the Technical account Management team to manage their admin workload.
This is a new position within the company and you will have the opportunity to refine the role by bringing in your own expertise and knowledge gained from your previous experience. Although this is predominately an administrative role for a well organised individual, you will need to have a general interest and good understanding of technology.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support the Technical Account Management team and ensure the successful management of customers within the account management framework.
- Assist with the co-ordination of review meetings that are carried out both remotely and face to face.
- Supporting the team with all administrative activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas and responses.
- Speak to customers and manage account manager diaries.
- Create and manage documented processes.
**Ancillary duties**:
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
**Key attributes required for the role**:
- Organised and willing to organise others.
- Understanding of geographical practicalities of site visits, i.e. where it's feasible to travel in one day,
- Quick learner - ability to work in detail and follow business processes.
- Willing to challenge decisions.
- A basic understanding of computers and the IT industry.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication, literacy and organisational skills.
- Confident working in a busy often hectic environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Possess a willingness to learn and co-operate as part of a team.
- Ideally live within a 20-mile radius of the office.
- A full driving licence is ideal but not essential.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
