The primary role of the Sales Administrator is to manage our customer contract renewals, creating renewal packs and presenting the renewal information to customers to ensure that they understand the value of the service we offer and renew their contracts with us.
The SA also offers support to the sales and account management team with any account administration and provides customer service, as support to the Account Manager.

This is a key role, keeping the account management and sales teams in flow and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities and duties
  •  Manage and report on the contract renewal process. This equates to approximately 150 contract renewals per annum.
  • For every renewal, the customer will require a renewal report and quote, demonstrating training usage rates and ROI.
  • Managing renewals is a key part of the business, a successful candidate should be able to think flexibly about each contract; ensuring the prices, discounts and products offered are the right fit for every customer. Most customers will need to be chased up and all Sales Account Managers updated on the progress of their relevant accounts.
  • Monitor and log sales process from lead to order.
  • Process invoices.
  • Hold a monthly sales clinic with the Sales Account Manager to discuss any details within each renewal opportunity. 
  • Ad hoc support for the sales team; running usage reports, invoicing etc.
  • Run monthly KPI reports from CRM.
  • Responsible for Me Learning’s Customer Relation Management tool (full training on how to use the system will be given)
  • Working with our systems provider when specialist help with CRM is required.
  • Once confident, assisting/training AM’s to use CRM and making sure information is logged accordingly

Requirements

Desired / required qualifications
  • Educated to A Level / equivalent or above
Work experience 
  • Some commercial experience
  • Ideally worked in an office-based sales support role
  • University Graduate

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional approach and manner.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Good level of numeracy.
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Office 365
