The Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing customer contract renewals, preparing renewal documentation, and effectively communicating renewal details to clients to highlight the value of our services and encourage contract renewals.
This position also provides essential assistance to the sales and account management teams with various administrative tasks and enhances customer service as a support to the Account Manager.

This role is vital for maintaining workflow within the account management and sales teams, ensuring streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and report on the contract renewal process, managing approximately 150 renewals annually.
  • Prepare renewal reports and quotes for each client, showcasing training usage rates and return on investment.
  • Effectively manage renewals by considering each contract's unique needs, ensuring appropriate pricing, discounts, and products for every client. Regular follow-ups with customers and updates for Sales Account Managers on account progress are essential.
  • Track and document the sales process from initial lead to final order.
  • Handle invoice processing.
  • Conduct monthly sales meetings with the Sales Account Manager to review details of each renewal opportunity.
  • Provide ad hoc support for the sales team, including generating usage reports and invoicing.
  • Generate monthly Key Performance Indicator reports from the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Take responsibility for Me Learning's Customer Relationship Management tool, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Collaborate with our systems provider for specialized CRM assistance when necessary.
  • Once proficient, assist and train Account Managers in utilizing the CRM effectively, ensuring accurate information logging.

Qualifications

Education
  • Minimum of A Level or equivalent education.
Work Experience
  • Some experience in a commercial environment.
  • Preferably, prior experience in an office-based sales support role.
  • University degree is advantageous.
Skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional demeanor and approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening abilities.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
